Bernese welfare

  Over the years I have become aware that not all dogs have a happy ever after home life, in a loving permanent home and its knowing of those dogs that made me concerned for their wellbeing. That is the main reason for being involved with Bernese Welfare ( see link page) where each unwanted dog is taken in and assessed, in a home environment before being found a new home.

   In 1999 we held a fund - raising event for the Bernese Welfare on the site at our home and the event has grown from strength to strength and much needed funds have been raised. long may it continue.
